Fri, June 6, 2008 - 5:44 AMI started collecting comics in the 80s, so I am partial to the classic X-Men. I didn't like what the 90s did for comic books. I loved Chris Claremont before he just went completely crazy.
I really enjoyed Astonishing X-Men, which is sadly over. I also really liked Young Avengers - darn, they canceled that series too! Right now I am getting sucked into the whole Secret Invasion thing, which is mildly entertaining, trying to understand Final Crisis (not a DC fan), and picking up whatever looks interesting in the moment.
It's better when comics suck because then I save money.
